PRIVACY POLICY

Information pursuant to art. 13 Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 Code regarding the protection of personal data and art.14 of Regulation no. 679/2016 GDPR.

No personal data is requested from the user. For any purpose, however, the data controller is CIOLI 1917 SRL, with headquarters in Recco (GE), Via Privata Liceto 1.

CIOLI 1917 SRL, as data controller, informs that, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 (Personal data protection code) and art. 17 of Regulation no. 679/2016 GDPR, the User has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.

Furthermore, the User has the right to obtain information:

– the origin of the personal data;

– the purposes and methods of processing;

– the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;

– the identification details of the owner, managers and representative designated pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 30/06/2003, n. 196;

– of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representatives in the territory of the State, managers or agents.

Furthermore, the User has the right to obtain:

– updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;

– the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected and subsequently processed.

The request for deletion of data must be sent to info@cioli1917.it with certification that the operations – referred to in the preceding points – have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data are have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

Finally, the User has the right to object – in whole or in part – for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection.
